The BVM Bandit 'Almost Ready to Fly'

Wingspan 69" (Area - 860 sq In)
Length 73"

From entry level turbine flying to precision aerobatics with a fully ducted power system.

To answer the consumer's call for more ARF jets, BVM has produced the Bandit in an exquisite, Almost-Ready-to-Fly format. This time honored design has been tweaked just a bit for even better flight characteristics and customer convenience items.

We used the large wing planform (69" span) of the balsa Bandit with its "Vess Designed" airfoil that includes wing tip wash-out for extra slow flight stability and we even increased the flap area for easier grass-field takeoffs and safer landings. Top access to the engine, radio and fuel system components are a primary design consideration at BVM, so we improved these features on the Bandit ARF with re-designed and superior fitting hatches. Full flow internal ducting is standard, as is the clear canopy and molded cockpit deck, instrument panel and ejection seat.

The sleek Bandit appearance was retained, and of course, you can opt for the swept or standard fin design.
