The Premium™ MAXI servo cable is the thicker variant of the familiar Premium™ cable with a conductor cross-section of 0.35mm². In this case ‘thicker’ means that the current-bearing positive and negative conductors have a cross-sectional area of 0.5mm², while the signal conductor’s cross-section is 0.3mm² in order to save weight. This makes the Premium™ Plus cable ideal for installations where relatively long leads have to be deployed in the wing or fuselage for high-performance servos.**
This insulation produces a weight reduction of about 30% compared with the conventional PVC.
